إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ
"Indeed, We sent it down during the Night of Decree. And what can make you know what is the Night of Decree? The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months."

Seek it on the 21st, 23rd, 25th, 27th, and 29th nights
The Dua for Laylatul Qadr
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun tuhibbul 'afwa fa'fu 'anni
O Allah, You are Most Forgiving, and You love forgiveness, so forgive me.

What to Do on Laylatul Qadr
Pray Tahajjud and make abundant dua
Recite Quran with reflection
Give charity (Sadaqah)
Make istighfar (seek forgiveness)
Engage in dhikr throughout the night
Signs of Laylatul Qadr
- The night is calm and peaceful
- Neither too hot nor too cold
- The moon appears like half a plate
- The sun rises without rays the next morning
Note: The focus should be on worship, not seeking signs. Spend all odd nights in worship.
The Immense Reward
Any good deed performed on Laylatul Qadr is rewarded as if it was performed for over 83 years (1,000 months).
